How long will my order take?

Each piece is handmade with care. Please allow 10–14 business days for creation. Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 4–6 weeks total. Proof requests and busy seasons may extend timelines slightly.

Can I see a draft or proof before it’s made?

Proofs are only provided if requested at checkout or if clarification is needed. You’ll have 7 days to approve once emailed. If no response is received, the piece moves into production. Any changes requested after this are the customer’s responsibility.

If a proof was sent but missed (for example, filtered into spam) and changes are later requested, the customer is responsible for the cost of any revisions.

Can I make changes after I place my order?

Once an order is placed, work begins immediately. Changes cannot be made, unless a proof was requested at checkout. Please review all details carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How do I care for my artwork?

Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Use a lint-free cloth for glass.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll guide you through repair or replacement where appropriate.

Can I add extra details or combine items?

We recreate exactly what you submit. We cannot add, interpret, or fabricate details not provided.

Why does my item look slightly different than the photo?

Each piece is handmade. Minor variations are natural and part of what makes your keepsake one of a kind.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What about imperfections?

Small variations in placement, or texture are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
